Users of the Embrex® Inovoject® System have come to recognize and respect the exceptional customer service and total dedicated support that comes with every machine. All services offered to customers are included in the per egg price. These services include:

 
--   Routine preventative maintenance – Preventative visits are scheduled every 8 to 10 weeks to ensure device reliability and performance.
-- Parts – All parts and component upgrades are included, as well as on-site parts inventory management.
-- Dedicated Technical Support – A global network of over 100 service personnel, many who are on-call 24-hours, 7 days a week.
-- Hatchery Process Evaluations – Evaluations are conducted one to two times per year to make sure accepted operational procedures are being followed, thus ensuring quality equipment operation and performance.
-- Environmental Site Surveys - Surveys are performed upon request to assist in locating and cleaning up sanitation or mold issues.
-- Training - Operator training programs ensure proper equipment operations, especially as new employees are introduced to the Inovoject system and other devices.
-- Industry Experts – Customers have access to a broad range of expertise regarding in ovo delivery, troubleshooting, chick quality and incubation practices.

Each Embrex Inovoject System, Vaccine Saver® and Egg Remover® goes through a Product Quality Control Program before being placed with a customer. This program consists of several quality control procedures tied to the build and testing of new machines.

 
--   To ensure each machine delivers the vaccine properly, every component involved specifically with vaccine delivery goes through a rigorous quality control process.
-- New system designs are subjected to a stringent bio-challenge test to verify sanitary operation.
-- Final inspections are performed with real eggs to verify any Embrex® Inovoject® System leaving the manufacturing floor is fully operational and meets certain criteria to ensure good performance of the machine prior to delivery.
