Nearly $1 million annual investment will focus on improved access to care and resources for pets, shelters, rescues and veterinary healthcare teams across the United States
PARSIPPANY, N.J. and LOS ANGELES, Calif. – November 9, 2023 – Two of the U.S.’s leading names in the pet industry, Adopt a Pet and Zoetis, are teaming up to improve access to care for shelter pets, as well as to deploy educational resources for shelter veterinary healthcare teams and pet owners across the country.

Coupled with the Zoetis portfolio of medicines, vaccines, and other resources, the organizations will collaborate for a second year to expand support for more than 3.5 million animals by developing and implementing:
- Product grant programs benefitting shelters/rescues within Adopt a Pet’s network as well as underserved communities;
- Educational health and lifestyle resources for both shelter staff and pet owners;
- Custom product offerings for both shelters and adoptive pet owners.
